The Willing & Able Foundation is a social enterprise providing meaningful engagement, development and personal growth opportunities for our people.

Our vibrant Op Shop and Coffee Bar, along with services like woodworking, assembly & packaging, reuse, recycling, and laundry, create an inclusive community where everyone’s abilities are valued. By supporting us, you help foster personal growth and shared success. We also offer group activity programs and individual support options to enhance the lives of our participants.

Through a range of diverse programs and services, we empower our participants to develop valuable skills, gain independence, and contribute positively to the community. Our friendly and capable team members are encouraged to reach their full potential in a supportive, inclusive environment that celebrates their unique strengths. 

By fostering personal growth and professional development, the Foundation not only provides employment opportunities but also nurtures confidence, dignity, and a sense of purpose for all involved.

Our Mission

Our mission here at Willing & Able, is to provide meaningful paid employment, personal growth opportunities and other support services in a safe and happy environment for people living with disability.  

With more than 40 supported employees, people are individually placed in work most suited to their physical and intellectual strengths and personal preferences. 

Willing & Able has several successful businesses which provides employment for Supported Employees in the Port Macquarie Hastings region. 

We also have activities programs running most weekdays, individual support services and a Supported Independent Living Home.
